SEO..Search Engine Optimisation is a phrase that everyone it seems to have heard when it comes to Online Marketing.
Unhappily, a lot of people have NOT heard or been told of the massive shifts in the ‘game plan’ for SEO, as far as the worlds biggest online market Google, goes!
The Google ‘Panda’ and ‘Penguin’ updates in 2011 and 2012, which are continuing with more ‘refreshers’ just recently in 2013, mean that SEO is no longer something you can automate easily or use sneaky tactics to get results.
There will be no more:
- ’grey’ bogus back linking and keyword stuffing.
- low quality or duplicated content.
- You will be penalised by Google now for having loads of content that is essentially meaningless and written solely to attract Search results!
Google has heard the voice of the people ” Stop the Scammy Sites!” and responded.
Some of the key SEO PRINCIPLES are still the same.. but it now comes down to how they have broadened and changed…how you apply them!
